CT, National Prices Down A Penny

A drop in consumer demand and a rise in gasoline inventories have prompted state and National average gas prices to remain relatively flat over the last two weeks. In Connecticut, a gallon of self-serve, regular gas averages $3.06; while nationally, prices are averaging $2.86. There’s a reason why Connecticut is called the “Land of Steady Habits.” When it comes to average gas prices in Connecticut, they’ve stalled and have seen very little movement over the last few weeks. Connecticut gas prices remained flat today compared to this time last week. A gallon of self-serve regular gas in the Nutmeg State averages $3.08 today, the same as it was last week.
